Hygiene & Safety Exclusions: Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, opened or unsealed organic food products, perfumes, and attars cannot be returned or refunded unless defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly sent.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it to our support team within 48 hours of receipt with photographic proof for a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
